The Outsider Art Fair, produced by Sanford L. Smith & Associates and hailed as "one of New York's hippest and best contemporary art fairs," will take place January 25-27, 2008. The Outsider Art Fair is the only fine art fair devoted exclusively to outsider, art brut, primitive, visionary and intuitive art, and features 33 of the finest international dealers.

Roberta Smith, The New York Times, noted The Outsider Art Fair "…gives the New York art world an annual dose of smelling salts." Each year curators, collectors and enthusiasts gather at The Outsider Art Fair to discover outsider art from an A-list of specialists.

Fair hours are Friday, noon to 8pm; Saturday, 11am-8pm; and Sunday, 11am-7pm. Daily admission is $20 and includes a catalog. The preview will take place on Thursday, January 24. A café and bar will serve refreshments during show hours. The Puck Building is wheelchair accessible.
