“Peyton Wright Gallery offers extensive collections of modern and historic art and antiquities. The modern collection features the estates of Raymond Jonson, William Lumpkins, and Herbert Bayer, and includes work by many other important American Modernists, such as Emil Bisttram, Jan Matulka, and Paul Burlin. The historic collections include extensive holdings of 17th-19th century Spanish Colonial paintings and objects, 18th and 19th century New Mexican Bultos and Cristos, Russian icons, Pre-Columbian and Native American ceramics and textiles, and European and North American works from the 17th-20th centuries.”
